Wari uzi ko siporo yo kwiruka ifasha mu kurwanya umuhangayiko?

Abafite ikibazo cy’umuhangayiko bakunze kumva inama zinyuranye zabafasha zirimo gusinzira neza, kurya indyo yuzuye no gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri.

Profeseri Arida yongeraho ko uwabasha gukora iyi myitozo inshuro imwe cyangwa ebyiri mu buryo buhoraho, ishobora guhindura uko umuntu yiyumva, kandi iyo bikorwa buri gihe, inyungu zabyo zigumaho igihe kirekire.

Uretse iyi misemburo, hari indi myitwarire n’imikorere y’umubiri ituma ubuzima burushaho kuba bwiza. Aha twavuga:

Sisitemu ya opioïde, isohora endorphines, ikagabanya ububabare, ikaruhura imikaya, igatuma wumva umeze neza kandi ikazana umutuzo.

Sisitemu ya endocannabinoïde, ifite imisemburo ikwirakwiriye mu bwonko no mu mubiri, na yo iba irimo gukora iyo umuntu ari mu myitozo. Itanga akanyamuneza, ikagabanya umunaniro, ikagenzura amarangamutima ndetse igatanga n’ubushake bwo kurya kandi igatanga umutuzo.

Ati: “Iyo ibindi bice by’ubuzima bishyizwe ku mwanya wa kabiri kugira ngo habe umwanya wo kwiruka, ni ikimenyetso cy’uko hari ukutaringaniza. Mu buryo bwiza, kwiruka bikwiye kuba igice cy’imibereho ya buri munsi, ariko ntibibe ikintu cy’ingenzi kurusha ibindi.”

Imyitozo ikugirira akamaro ni iyo ukora uyishimiye

Ati: “Biratandukanye guhatira umuntu kwiruka kandi atabikunda n’uwubikunda.

“Dopamine itangira kurekurwa iyo za bêta-endorphines zitangiye gukora, bityo kwiruka bitanga ibyishimo vuba. Imyitozo yo guterura ibiremereye yo itanga ibyishimo buhoro buhoro, ariko na yo igabanya umuhangayiko.”

Ku bantu badakunda kwiruka cyangwa biyumvamo ubunebwe, inama ni imwe: shaka imyitozo wumva ukunze koko.

Mu ncamake, Profeseri Tulio de Mello agira ati: “Imyitozo myiza cyane ni iyo ukora uyishimiye.”
