Ihahamuka ry’abana bato rikomeje guhangayikisha ababyeyi mu Rwanda: Impamvu, ibimenyetso n’uburyo bwo kurirwanya

Ihahamuka ry’abana bato ni igikorwa kigaragara nko kugira imikubita idasanzwe (convulsions / seizures), kikaba gikunze kuba ku bana bari hagati y’amezi 4 kugeza ku myaka 6. Nubwo rimwe na rimwe abantu babyita indwara, si indwara ubwacyo, ahubwo ni ikimenyetso cyerekana ko hari uburwayi cyangwa ikibazo cy’ubuzima kiri mu mubiri w’umwana.

 

Hari impamvu zitandukanye zishobora gutera ihahamuka ku bana harimo: Izamuka cyangwa igabanuka rikabije ry’ubushyuhe bw’umubiri (febrile seizures): Ibi ni byo bibaho kenshi ku bana. Iyo umwana afite umuriro mwinshi cyane cyangwa agize igabanuka rikabije ry’ubushyuhe, bishobora gutera imikubita y’ihahamuka.

Ibibazo by’ubwonko: Harimo nko kuba umwana afite kanseri yo mu bwonko, ubumuga bw’imitsi (neurodevelopmental disorders), cyangwa imyanya igenzura ya calcium mu mubiri (parathyroid glands) idakora neza.

Ibura rya calcium mu mubiri: Iyo umwana atagira calcium ihagije mu maraso, ashobora kugira ibimenyetso birimo n’ihahamuka.

Imiti cyangwa uburozi: Hari imiti runaka cyangwa uburozi (nk’amazi yanduye, imiti yica udukoko, cyangwa ibindi) bishobora kugira ingaruka ku mikorere y’ubwonko bw’umwana, bigatera ihahamuka.

Umwana uvukana ikibazo mu bwonko: Aha niho usanga abana bamwe bavuka ubwonko butameze neza, bigatuma bagira ikibazo cy’ihahamuka kuva bakivuka.

Dore bimwe mu bimenyetso Byerekana ko umwana afite ihahamuka

  • Umwana agira imikubita y’akanya gato, rimwe na rimwe akagaragara nk’uwatakaje ubwenge
  • Ashobora guhagarika guhumeka cyangwa guhindura ibara ry’uruhu
  • Ashobora kurira cyane nyuma y’uko birangiye cyangwa gusinzira cyane
  • Hari igihe umwana arwana no kumira ururimi rwe cyangwa agaterwa kuzunguza amaguru n’amaboko bitunguranye

Uko ushobora ku byitwaramo n’uko witegereza neza ubury iyo ndwara ifata kugira ngo ujye  ubyibuka neza hanyuma igihe uhuye na muganga ukamutekerereza uko imufata (igihe byatangiye, uko byagenze n’igihe bimara).

Kandi Ntugashyire ikintu cyari cyo cyose mu kanwa k’umwana igihe arimo gucika intege cyangwa afashwe n’ihahamuka. Shyira umwana ku ruhande ahanu hisanzuye, kugira ngo adakubita umutwe ku kinu yegereye cyagwa ku gikuta ikandi  murinde kumira amatembabuzi cyangwa amacandwe.

Jyana umwana kwa muganga vuba na bwagu, igihe imufashe ubwa mbere cyagwa bibaye kenshi. Niba bibaye kenshi, asuzumwe n’inzobere mu ndwara z’ubwonko (neurologist).

Uko Wakwirinda Ihahamuka ry’Abana Bato

  • Kugenzura umuriro w’umwana igihe arwaye, ntushyiraho uburyo butuma ubushyuhe bugabanuka cyane. Irinde ku mwogesha amazi akonje cyangwa gukoresha imiti itandikiwe na muganga.
  • Gutanga calcium na vitamin D ku bana bafite ikibazo cyo kuyibura. Koresha amata akugahaye kuri calcium, amata ya soya, amagi, ibinyampeke n’ibindi.
  • Kumwereka ubugwaneza igihe cyose umwana agaragaje umuriro ukabije cyangwa ibimenyetso bidasanzwe.
  • Gukingira abana indwara zitandukanye zishobora gutera umuriro nki: impiswi, inkorora idakira, otite, grippe, n’izindi.

Uburyo  bwo kuvura iy’indwara itera ihahamuka, ni ugushaka calcium na vitamini D ukabigaburira umwana; niba ari umuriro, ahabwa imiti igabanya umuriro yagenwe n’umuganga.

Mu gihe bigaragara ko ari ikibazo cy’ubwonko, bishobora gukenera imiti ihoraho igabanya seizures, nk’imiti yitwa anti-epileptiques, ikindi kwitabwaho bihoraho hakorwa igenzura (EEG, CT Scan, cyangwa MRI) kugira ngo hamenyekane imiterere y’ubwonko.

Inama Rusange ku Babyeyi, irinde kubikerensa cyagwa ku vurira umwana murogo, ihutire ku mugeza kwa muganga igihe agaragaje ibimenyetso nk’ibyo. Ihahamuka ni ikibazo gikomeye gishobora kugira ingaruka ku mikurire y’ubwonko n’ubuzima rusange.

Ku gira isuku ihagije ni kimwe mubi gufasha ku rinda umwana indwara ziterwa n’umwanda cyangwa kwandura, igihe ubonye ko umwana agira umuriro kenshi, ujye ukorana n’abajyanama b’ubuzima bakwegereye kenshi cyagwa ukajya ubonana na muganga kenshi kugira ngo habeho gukumira ikibazo mu gihe kitarakara.
